The 6 liter K Class Wet Chemical Extinguisher is ideal for restaurant or commercial kitchen use & for mobile food trucks. The low PH wet chemical agent effectively smothers & cools fires involving combustible cooking oil or animal fat. It is intended to be used as a backup for an automatic fire suppression systems or used in mobile food trucks when a suppression system is not required.
